The first morning after returning from New York, A and N and myself went to play golf. I loved the golf course it was more like a nature trail and I found it difficult to concentrate on the game (not that that would make any difference to the standard of my game which was pretty dismal).
The sand cranes seemed to enjoy the golf course.

I don't play golf can't hit the ball right. looks like a nice place to go round though.
ReplyDeleteNice golf course! And bonus wildlife sightings!
ReplyDeleteMy sister has a similar course in Florida. I see those birds everywhere, and all the pretty flowers, too. :-)
ReplyDeleteThat is much fun! I don't golf, I do take photos of birds!
ReplyDeleteWow, I would not be able to golf! I would be watching all the birds. The Cranes are cool.
ReplyDeleteYou would have a similar experience if you came and played gold here. We have some fabulous golf course around --with great cart paths and lots of wildlife.... We live on a golf course --but neither of us has ever played golf.... ha
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Betsy
They are big birds, hopefully not aggressive.
ReplyDeleteThat is something quite different from your usual walks in the UK. Funny that those birds walk around there on the golf course. Are they joining the game?
ReplyDeleteBeautiful golf course with so many different birds.
ReplyDeleteWell that makes a change from our course...lovely birds.
ReplyDeleteGreat seeing the sand crones and herons on the golf course. Thanks for commenting on mine and most of the people were in the main mall part. It wasn't as quiet as it looked like from my shots of the "commons" part.
ReplyDeleteWow - the Sandhill Cranes are amazing. We saw them in Wisconsin last year. Are they year round in Florida? There are huge migrations through Western WA - but we haven't been over there yet to see them - one day.
ReplyDeleteThose birds sure make it more interesting than many other golf courses I imagine! Amazing to see them so close to you!
