Welcome to my blog

This is it! I've given up work -retired from the rat race and am about to start on a 10 year adventure, doing all those things I've been meaning to do but never had the time to do them. I've offloaded my responsibilities and it is now my time. So follow my adventures and see whether I actually manage anything!

  2. I like the middle one best, and the catch of the spiders is spooky.

  4. I think this is the kind of picture (the top one) that should be shown to people who dont like spiders! "Look, they are on the same side of the Bug Wars as us!"

    Cheers

  6. A day that starts that well is bound to end in rain - when you're in the tropics, anyway!! Maybe the spider was getting in early ...

  8. Florida really looks like a awesome place to live : nature seems so generous... I like the last picture with the bridge : for the week-end reflection it is perfect. But I also love the first heron one : the composition is well balanced and the colors are so peaceful ; it is a very nice shot.

  9. Wow! Love those skies!!!

I'm always telling people not to kill small spiders. They won't harm you and their the best anti-mosquito repellent you'll ever find! ;o)
