You can't go to New York without a walk around Central Park.
This is a view of the park from the Rockefeller Centre.
It took 16 years to construct the park and it opened to the public in 1876. There are a number of different water features and so you don't get confused they have been given names such as lake, reservoir, loch, pond, mere and the pool.
Lots of shrubs and flowers.
Beyond the trees there is no mistaking the skyscapers of New York.
And if you don't want to walk you can always get into one of the horse drawn buggies.
