Open Garden squares weekend (2)

Not a sunny day today but at least it wasn't raining as I set out to view more private gardens and squares. Yesterday I visited 9 different gardens and I planned to try and cover  a similar amount today. The first place on my list was the Inns of court to visit the Inner and Middle Temple gardens There has been a garden here since the 12th cent and the Temple church from that period is close by. I was there just as they opened so it wasn't too busy. I loved the Inner temple garden which is the largest of the two. Join me on a walk around the Inns of Court gardens in the heart of London's legal area.

  4. Very attractive environs to encourage the legal fraternity to lift their heads and appreciate the beauty of life in the midst of their not-so-pretty daily encounters - I kept expecting to see a shot of Rumpole of the Old Bailey!! Thanks for sharing.

  6. Lovely shots. I love the poppies, foxgloves and the aliums. I think that a cloudy day is better for photographing flowers actually.

  8. Hello, we are a charity who would be really grateful if we could use one of your Westminster Abbey College garden photos on one of our flyers. Please would you be able to reply to this comment to let us know if this would be ok? Thank you

    1. Yes would be the answer as long as you identify yourself as at the moment you are coming up as unknown. My email is on my profile.
