Clipper Race

The Clipper race ended last weekend after 40,000 miles. It started from St Katherine's Dock in London and ended there. Twelve boats took part.

There are 16 races over 8 legs:

There was a competition today to win a place on the 2015 race. In case you're wondering, I didn't enter.

  2. They are a very colourful subject for your camera. They look awfully small to sail so far. Not my idea of adventure.

  9. Amazing - but that would not be for me ! A friend of mine took part in something similar and became very sick somewhere between S.Africa and Australia...what a drama that was.
Nice boats though and nice reflections!
