Barbara Hepworth

There were reflections galore when I looked through the windows of  a small art gallery in Berkeley Square. I thought it was a private gallery but the security guard came and unlocked the door for me and explained it was open to the public but the doors had to be kept locked. So it was just me, the security guards and these wonderful sculptures by Barbara Hepworth.

  10. Pretty, shiny things. I would like the second circular one. Wouldn't cost too much, would it?

  16. Perfect for reflections!!! Can't say that the art does much for my soul though...I'd be searching for additional exhibits!!! A bit to modern for me!

  18. They are beautiful; I wonder why it is necessary to keep it locked? A bad part of town? Just too small to employ enough people to watch the door all the time? Whatever the reason, I am very glad you got in and greatly appreciate your sharing.
