Leicester Square

Walking through Leicester Square yesterday evening I was surprised to see a funfair there. I don't recall there being one there before. It is a very busy Square usually associated with film premieres.

Not sure what Shakespeare would make of all this upon the plinth.

  1. You live in one of the most vibrant places in the world! I love these pictures, and yes, I'm glad it's Friday, even though I'm retired and don't have to go to work any more. :-)

  2. It must be fun everywhere, we suddenly have a Wintermarket in Amsterdam, like a Christmas market in Germany and Belgium.

  3. I love that Will is in the middle of all the lights and people, and I think he is thinking about how hr can put this into his next play! I would ride the carrousel if I were there.

  4. It is all so sparkly and magical. Shakespeare would probably write an ode to the turning of the wheel. :)

  14. That's SO cool!! The lights make the fair look almost too decorative to actually use - but I'd take my chances on the carousel!

  15. Those are great night light pictures (fun subject, but it's the photographer's talent that makes these standouts! Shakespeare would no doubt wonder about a lot of things.
