Christmas on the South Bank

Along the South Bank of the Thames in front of the Festival Hall, there are numerous Christmas stalls selling food and drink and other Christmas goodies. It is ablaze with Christmas lights.

  6. You captured a beautiful glow in these photos! I put up a post this evening of a similar German outdoor Christkindl Market in Denver, Colorado. This type of markets seems to be very popular!

  7. Looks lovely there. It is going to be 40 degrees C tomorrow here in Adelaide, a bit too hot to enjoy being outside. Hope you have a Merry Xmas.

  13. Oh that looks so inviting and festive. I would love to spend Christmas season in London (but I hate being cold and damp, so....) Maybe a magic carpet, just for a couple of days! (or yeah, I know there are jets, but that's so unromantic... and so expensive!)
