Art in Bratislava

This is the Nedbalka art gallery in Bratislava. The interior reminded me of the Guggenheim in New York although this is on a much smaller scale.
Here are a few paintings which were on display when I visited.

  1. I quite like Fero's art. Looking at the first photos at full size, there are some interesting looking paintings.

  2. We have spent great time in Czech Republic but not in Slovakia. Would you recommend Bratislava in particular?

    1. It is quite small but attractive with enough to keep you busy for a couple of days. People often stay in Bratislava, as it is cheaper, when they want to visit Vienna as it is easy to reach via road or rail.

  3. This "art" makes me laugh ! At least he has a lot of fantasy and the paintings are really very special !

  4. I think he used LSD, dabbled in AI, had a nightmare and then painted it!

  9. It reminds me of when you feel an orange or a piece of fruit.

  10. I think I told you before that our grand-d-i-l was born and raised in Slovakia although they now live in Germany. So she is very familiar with Vienna and also with Prague, so we were doubly lucky to have them meet us on both of our trips. I am really sorry that we did not add on a trip to Bratislava either time.
