The all day breakfast

On the long drive home from Leeds I couldn't resist the all day breakfast at the motorway service station. Naughty, but I couldn't care less!.

  1. After driving for a long time, your eyes glaze over and your mind goes to mush. Thus stopping at a food site en route makes perfect sense. Wash your face, order coffee, read a newspaper and then consider the breakfast options - all sounds like a perfect break.

  2. It looks good to me, I'm not a big fan of the baked beans but I'd still eat the rest.

  3. A better choice than offerings from the Scottish restaurant.

  4. Isn't that a full English breakfast? It does look good.

  5. I agree with Amy. The odd time I've ordered a breakfast like that, I've specifically asked to not include the beans.

  6. I saw that "all day breakfast" for the first time in Tenerife and it made us laugh. It was in the 80th and I had never been in the UK.

  7. It's a long while since I've eaten one of those; last time was an attempt to get a little bit more value out of a hotel B&B. Where's the black pudding?

  8. I love a full English breakfast, including the beans but I'd gladly pass on the cooked tomato.

  9. It is making my mouth water. We went out for breakfast today. It was so big we didn't have any lunch. You are allowed to be naughty when you are a senior. You would walk it off anyway.

  10. Why naughty? Guilt isn't supposed to be allowed after 70. And you exercise. A lot.

  11. I was certain I'd commented on this post ...
Has it gone into spam folder?

    A good looking breakfast.

    All the best Jan
