67 mirrors have been placed around Covent Garden Piazza in London to conceal essential building works. The mirrors cover 32,000 sq ft, They will be in place for the next 8 months but the angles will be adjusted to create ever changing reflections.
Such an interesting idea, especially since it will be changing all the time with moving the mirrors. I wonder what projects are going on behind the mirrors and what Coventry Gardens will look like when it's finished. Not too updated, I hope!
What a great idea to keep things interesting while the building is going on.

I'll reserve my opinion until we see how many people start walking into solid objects.
ReplyDeleteThat is an interesting concept. Wonder if anyone walks into them.
ReplyDeleteThat is an interesting idea, much better than to just look at ugly scaffolding. It gives the space a different look as well.
ReplyDeleteReally great idea
ReplyDeleteI saw them when I went to the transport museum. A bit weird. And who's paying for the additional cost to the building works?
