Blue skies and warm sunshine greeted us this morning. We had a drive of over 200 miles and the plan was to go back through the White Mountains and hopefully see more glorious foliage.
We did lots of photo stops. Here are the some of the numerous photos I took.
In Franconia we took the cable car up to give us some incredible views of the mountains.
It was a fabulous day's trip through the mountains especially as the weather was so kind to us.

An Unfittie's Guide to Adventurous Travel
We just returned from NH this evening - a quick trip (Sunday to Wed) to see the granddaughters who are 3 and 1 now. The leaves there were lovely though we missed the red maples. All those leaves had fallen. The oaks and others were a lovely golden and burnt orange. Looks like you were there for the maples but there were still trees that were green. Lovely state isn't it?
