Northumberland coastline

Last week I drove from Manchester to stay in a village called Seahouses on the Northumberland coast. I loved walking along the beach each morning with these spectacular views.

The beaches were quite deserted except for the birds. This oyster catcher didn't seem too bothered by my presence.

  1. Beautiful. I want to walk on a beach like that, no houses/development in sight for miles.

  2. You are so fortunate to have a beach like that to walk on. Ours are nowhere near as lovely or deserted. :-)

  6. That looks like a nice coatline. I like it when it is not so straight but meanders a bit.

  7. Beautiful! I love coastlines, especially when they're bereft of people. I feel so connected to the sea then...
