School holidays

This is the time of the year when I am needed to do a lot of childcare. My daughter and her two children and myself spent last week in Norfolk.

The weather was perfect and there was lots to do.

From seal watching

to rock pooling.

Or just playing in the sand.

We were fortunate to have temperatures in the mid 20s whilst London melted in temperatures in the mid 30s.

  1. It was a good time to get away. Ten degrees is quite a temperature difference.

  2. Is the holiday only for a month? Nice to get to spend it at the beach.

  3. The seals look terrific... obviously they are not afraid of being close to the edge of the water.

  7. That's awesome that you can see seals so close on the British coasts!
