I am always amazed by the art that adorns some of the back streets around London. Here is a selection from some of my recent walks around the East End. I have no information about the artists or the pieces of work. So you will need to judge for yourself.
Brilliant. What unexpected creativity to find on your walks.
ReplyDeleteThose are some amazing paintings. Street art has really become the thing in recent years.

ReplyDeleteGreat artwork! I especially like the tigers.
ReplyDeleteI love them all. It's wonderful to walk around your streets and see this kind of art. Thanks for sharing it with me. :-)

ReplyDeleteThose are amazing murals, so huge!
ReplyDeletecool urban art.
ReplyDeleteLove the animals, don't understand the others, but that's OK because art does not have to be understood by everybody. It isn't even supposed to be.
ReplyDeleteHello, they are wonderful murals. I tend to love the birds and animals, lovely artwork. Happy Monday, enjoy your new week!

ReplyDeleteWorth a Thousand Words
A lot of talent there.
ReplyDeletethe first on is by Mr Shiz who is originally from France and graduated from George Sand art college in France. He then moved to London in 1998 where he still currently resides. The second one is by Zabou come on the scene in 2012 with her stencil based art. Originally from France but based in London, her work can be found all over the East End, one of the world’s top places to see high quality street art. The third one looks like Irishman Conor Harrington's work. The forth is by Dave Okimshayy. The last may by Martin Ron.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful art on display.
ReplyDeleteCool, beautiful art!
ReplyDeleteI have to say I have a bit of a fondness for this type of steer art - we have some in the more 'central' areas of Melbourne - I feel a project coming on!
ReplyDeleteCheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
Like you say, much street art is of great quality. I hope that these people have more established outlets for their work as well.
ReplyDeleteThose are fantastic. I struggle to find murals in Coventry...you have enough to last me over a month :).
ReplyDeleteAmazing stuff and certainly cheers up some of the buildings.
ReplyDeleteIndeed some amazing murals. Thanks for showing.
